Under the terms and conditions of this insurance BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP undertakes to cover the expenses incurred by the manufacturer or the retailer for any damage caused to the consumers by the product manufactured, respectively sold by them.
The product liability insurance will not cover the quality of the products but the damage caused to third parties by defective products.
The insurance will also compensate the expenses made for the destruction, repair, alteration or replacement of the product.
